Hi all guys, I think that could be a great opportunity for us going there and present our stuff; while working on our stuff, I'd really like if we all together could prepare a presentation, WDYT? Simo

Details of the event are all linked from the Apache Wiki here: http://wiki.apache.org/apachecon/. There are 40 spaces available to Apache Committers, accommodation will be in Tipis (of course!) in the grounds of Hursley House. Conference facilities will be available in Hursley House over the weekend. We will be running a barcamp style meeting throughout the weekend for committers to present and discuss technical subjects with a program that's decided on site by participants, so best suited to everyone present. There will also be plenty of opportunities for informal networking and meetings. This is a great way to network with other committers, to hear about Apache projects and to talk about the ones that you are involved with. I'm looking forward to welcoming you to this beautiful location! Zoė PS - the weather is no more predictable in the UK than Ireland :-)
