TV SWANSONG is a cross-media art project commissioning 8 new works which
reflect on the current state of flux in television with idiosyncratic
responses to its past, present and future.  The projects took take place
in rural and urban sites across Britain and were broadcast in a unique
webcast on Wednesday 20th March 2002 via the website www.swansong.tv
<www.swansong.tv>  

The panel will include contributions from TV Swansong artists and will
look at their TV Swansong projects in relation to issues in
site-specific art, commissioning and webcasting technologies.

JORDAN BASEMAN
Jordan Baseman, a US artist based in London, has shown extensively
including at the Serpentine Gallery, London, and in the British Art Show
4.

GRAHAM FAGAN
Graham Fagen is based in Glasgow and has shown in New York, Milan and at
the Imperial War Museum, London.

ZOE WALKER
Zoe Walker & Neil Bromwich are based in London and Scotland, and
recently returned from residencies in Australia. They showed recently at
the South London Gallery, and have recently undertaken commissions at
Grizedale, Cumbria.
 
and chaired by NINA POPE and KAREN GUTHRIE
Pope & Guthrie have collaborated since 1995 including projects for Tate
Modern and the I.C.A (London). They are based in London and Cumbria.
