there's a difference between 'using big words' - i.e.bullshitting to justify your concept, something taught in every art/design course in the land unfortunately- and poetry. Imho that bill viola peice was poetry, at least it sent shivers down my spine and that is my main criteria for the difference between bullshit and art.
