Hi, my name is Graeme Murrell.   I've been running a site called Monocular Times http://www.monoculartimes.co.uk/index.shtml since February. As well as hosting articles about a wide range of subjects with a definite emphasis on Situationism, it contains info on my 2 major projects, the Institute for the Preservation of Bad Art (IPBA) and Superimposed City Tours: The Leeds-Dortmund Project.   IPBA opened in Huddersfield in June, and its first exhibitions were 'All Sizes Nominal: Flatpack Furniture Assembly Instructions' and 'Please Shake The Exhibits: The snowstorm collection of Jonquil Simmers'. I took the first exhibition to the New Designers exhibition in Islington in June. Things have been quiet on the IPBA front for a while, and new exhibitions plus an overhaul of its online presence are due in the new year.   Leeds-Dortmund Project: I'm conducting a guided walk round Leeds on Sun 8th Dec as part of this, details to be found at http://www.monoculartimes.co.uk/city-tours/archive/leedswalk_081202.shtml .This project is commissioned by Pavilion, a Leeds based new media arts organisation, and culminates with an exhibition at the Royal Armouries in April.   Graeme
