Re: Scottish Sculpture Trust ceases activity

I thought Scottish Sculpture Trust were the successful bidders for 
SAC's 'Strategic Public Art Agency' franchise (along with Glasgow 
School of Art)?

I know that Andrew Guest left, but has the franchise gone ahead or 
not I wonder?
