The Windmills of Innerleithen aren’t turning! This morning I thought it’d be a nice day for a trip to Innerleithen to see the Windmills of Innerleithen show (posted on the list this week). I met a friend in Edinburgh and we drove down only to find the show closed. There’s no mention anywhere that it’s closed on Sunday. Anyway, apart from a nice ice-cream and a free glass of spring water, the journey was a complete waste of energy. I thought wind turbines were supposed to save energy!
