University of Abertay Dundee will be offering a Masters in Computer Arts starting in September 2004. Graduates and professionals in arts, media,culture or games will have the opportunity to explore the potential of digital media in the fields of arts and entertainment for the cultural and commercial sectors. The programme will support learning and encourage innovation in research projects that explore visual, audio and screenwriting practices for narrative entertainment and interactve media production. The domain of practice can be defined as the generation of end use content for digital media interfaces, be they desktop, screen based or environmental. Students can expect to study material associated with traditional art, media and cultural practices in tandem with specific computer based practices associated with digital animation and video production, interactivity and procedural aesthetics and digital audio production ,leading to employment in
