They don't apply on top of either 4.9 nor 4.11...
Odd. They applied for me (at least to the 4.11 tree I had checked out
when I left town). Attached again just in case.
This series applies fine and seems to work in basic tests (gnome + GL
apps + uvd/vce apps) on my vega10.
Haven't tried on raven yet.
