DRM_SYNCOBJ_HANDLE_TO_FD_FLAGS_EXPORT_AS_SYNC_FILE ?
I'm sure if the addition of FENCE makes it any clearer in the
import/export names. The conversion of import is syncobj -> sync_file
and vice versa.
