The two drmmode_crtc_wait_pending_event invocations can be combined like
this:
drmmode_crtc_wait_pending_event(drmmode_crtc, pAMDGPUEnt->fd,
drmmode_crtc->flip_pending ||
drmmode_crtc->scanout_update_pending);
