Regarding 1, in the Dependency Manager I solved this by putting all integration
tests in a separate project/pom (called 'test' in case you want to have a
look). Having integration tests in a separate project might make some sense
anyway since more often than not they will be testing a collaboration of
multiple bundles anyway so they don't really belong to a single bundle.
