Pax Web currently implements the OSGi HttpService specification but adds its
own features to the interface. Other services are now using these additional
features which creates an unwanted dependency with this specific
implementation. For that reason Pax Web should be replaced with a bundle that
only implements the HttpService OSGi specification, such that it can be
replaced by any other without (significant) effort.
