At the moment amdatu uses Sesame as a triplestore, it would be usefull to make
this vendor independent. RDF2Go is an abstraction layer for triple stores see
http://semanticweb.org/wiki/RDF2Go/FAQ with several adaptors such as Sesame and
Jena.
