Resolution: Fixed
URL duplication is fixed now. Also changed /rest/services to just /rest.
So for example the REST URL:
/rest/services/authorization/authorization
is now
/rest/authorization
Note that all REST URLs must be updated as this is a not backwards compatible
change.
