No, I did not use any special tooling for that. The process is (1) let bnd
generate the bundle, and have a look at its imports, (2) decide whether you
should pack them in the bundle, or you can safely ignore them (that's usually a
judgement call), (3) update the bundle definition, and rinse, repeat until you
have no more imports that 'don't make sense'.
