Support external gadget registration

As the dashboard is an OpenSocial container, it should be possible to register
external gadgets in it. However, most gadgets do not function properly in the
Amdatu container. Examples of malfunctioning gadgets:
http://igooglegadget.buienradar.nl/buienradar.xml
http://www.google.com/ig/modules/datetime_v2/datetime_v2.xml
http://www.google.com/ig/modules/tabnews.xml
These are a few examples, but gadgets should work as long as they do not use
container-specific functions (like some iGoogle gadgets do)
