Default gadget images are broken

The default gadget images are broken:
- Open the dashboard
- Click on Add gadget
- Select 'Third Party' category
The gadget 'Austin test' does not define a screenshot image, so the default
gadget image should be used. The URL of the image however is;
//static/images/defaultgadget.png, which is not a valid URL.
