Amdatu should support authenticating users against an OpenID provider.
The first time a user is authenticated using an OpenID, a new user in UserAdmin
should be created for this user with an empty profile and minimal access
rights.
This issue only covers authentication against an OpenID hosted by an OpenID
provider. It does not cover becoming an OpenID provider itself.
