Just looking at this stack trace I think it's unlikely that this is actually a
deadlock in the dependency manager. It looks more like the framework wants to
acquire a bundle lock. I would very much prefer to see a failing test case or,
in the case of concurrency issues, a more thorough analysis of what you think
is going on before assigning such issues to me, because now the first thing I
have to do is write a test myself and/or review all the code.
