Resolution: Fixed
Fixed minimize/maximize function by refactoring the openfullscreen and
closefullscreen methods. The widget that is maximized is not cloned anymore,
but just moved outside the hidden div and moved back again upon
closefullscreen. Also added the source and jar with which the minimied JS file
is created. Maybe this should be added to a more generic location.
