Gadget doesn't get scrollbars automatically, when content is too long

The gadget
http://sortr.com/jokes/joke.xml
can be added to the Amdatu dashboard like on iGoogle. However if the text is
too long it doesn't get scrollbars added automatically, as it is the case on
iGoogle. There is no possibility to read the rest, than maximize the gadget.
