Applied major refactoring of the startId to get showing multiple widgets on the
dashboard for the same gadget possible. The id of a widget is now just a
number, instead of a concatination of startid and gadget uri. Also the gadget
REST service has been refactored to better separate between 'gadgets' and
'widgets'.
