Description: Currently, the Cassandra daemon cannot be stopped, due to a
limitation in Cassandra itself. When the Cassandra Daemon bundle is provisioned
however, it must support stop/start. This is a potential very complicated
issue, as Cassandra itself just does not support this. (was: Currently, the
