In the core configuration files the amdatu.http.port and amdatu.http.host
placeholders are used, where OpenSocial uses server.hostname and server.port.
Would be good to align the two. Also it should be possible to define defaults
in the OpenSocial project itself, which are overruled by the settings.xml or
assembly artifact.
