Yes, it is separate from the platform. Eg I could not release it under
the platform 0.2.1 cause it depends on project releases. Also, as it
is intended to help out new users/adopters I guess it would be a
little unfair to ask them the determine in what specific project to
report their issues when they run into trouble :)

So, I guess you are right then. I'll request an additional JIRA project for it.
