At this time, if a gadget is unavailable, it is marked as broken; the title is
set to "<Broken gadget>" and the content to something like "Unable to retrieve
spec for http://localhost:8080/gadget/foo/jsp/bar.jsp. HTTP error 404". This
notification is kind of technical, rather than user friendly, so it should be
replaced by something similar to "Gadget is currently unavailabe".
