The themes are added to the opensocial-dashboard bundle and but the
themeroller.js in the dashboard bundle has been modified to reference the
resources in this bundle (../../dashboard). So this means that the dashboard
plugin will only work in Amdatu with the dashboard bundle deployed, which was
not the intention. The dashboard plugin must work independent of the dashboard
bundle.
So the themes should be included in the dashboard plugin bundle, instead of the
opensocial dashboard bundle.
