Well, if you have questions about Apache Shindig you could better ask them. We
are just using (embedding) Apache Shindig.
The current view is determined in the shindig_container.js (in the 'view' or
'view_' javascript variable). You can also see your 'current view' in the HTTP
request that renders the gadget; it sends along the view in the 'view'
querystring parameter.
