My comments:
* this is a potential all-depends-on-me bundle;
* it contains duplicate code (FSUtil seems to be an exact copy of FSStorageUtil)
* ConversionUtil does not seem to be used at all, dead code?
* TestUtil seems to be copied from the Ace project
(ace-util/src/main/java/org/apache/ace/test/utils/TestUtils.java); but doesn't
mention this anywhere(!)
* the other utility classes seems all to do with REST, why not make a specific
library for that, if needed?
