* also for this bundle: its purpose is not entirely clear, why the fine-grained
registration of mime-types/resources and security if it all is put into a
single DelegatingHttpContext. Why not register HttpContext whiteboard-style and
use those in the DelegatingHttpContext instead?
* DelegatingHttpContext is tightly coupled to Felix' HTTP implementation;
* HttpContextManagerServiceImpl has redundant service-lifecycle methods.
