Bram de Kruijff reopened AMDATU-510:
------------------------------------

      Assignee: Matthijs Hendriks (was: Bram de Kruijff)

This module is a bundle that can be deployed into a runtime. It simply writes
logging to the console. There is no rule that says that platform itself must
have a compile scope dependency on everything in the platform.

My question here. Are people using this? If so what is their alternative? Eg.
is there a public bundle that deployed doing the same thing?

> My comments:
> * what purpose does this bundle serve? Isn't Felix' logging bundle or any
> other OSGi implementation of LogService sufficient?
> * ConsoleLogHandler#updated isn't thread-safe and doesn't prevent concurrent
> updates of the log-level;
