1) Yes, I forgot to mention it, added to the document.
2) I did not even look at the generated site, because Bamboo allows you to
aggregate published artifacts, but if it can be integrated that would be nice.
3) I did not want to add that to this analysis task. Let's first implement this
as a follow up step, and then determine if we want to set a threshold.
Let's address these remaining issues in the actual task that implements adding
test coverage, unless someone feels there are still things we need to
investigate to eliminate the risk of failing to implement this in a predictable
manner.
