Currently the default Bundle-SymbolicName seesm to be groupId.artifactId

Bundle-SymbolicName = org.amdatu.tenant.org.amdatu.tenant

As we use the convention of alligning artifactId with Bundle-SymbolicName this
can be configuraed to be correct by default.
