Comitted solution: JSP support manages (create AND remove) a separate tmpdir in its bundle data area for each active provider serviceregistration.

  • This prevents name collisions in cases where different providers have JSP resources with the same names.
  • This prevents stale JSP classes in cases where the JSP itself may not have changed (ie the config update).

Note that there are still some scale/performance concerns to be addressed under AMDATU-552. For now linking JSP compilation tp service lifecycle seems ok.
