I would argue that we wait and see what happens with Wink. It will not be allowed to stay in the incubator forever, but I don't see why we should decide before Apache does. If the project does not graduate, but leaves the incubator, then we should consider alternatives. There are other, bigger Apache projects depending on Wink at the moment, so the risk that it will be completely abandoned is low. Placing this on the backlog.
