Applied the patch and some related robustness fixes in DeploymentAdmin. The code is committed and I can confirm that it now passes the tests on my Windows 7 machine as well. Amdatu still contains some debug print statements that we need to remove (as well as changing the version of the management agent that Amdatu uses back from snapshot to a tagged version).
