I'm old enough to *know* that anything beyond 7bit ASCII is a no no for a programming language. Esp when terminals are in the way (my minicom is very dependent on LANG settings in what it sends to the controller, in German there are a few such characters like öäü). So I take the freedom and declare the "implementation defined" part as "may or may not work, good luck". ;=) Matthias ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Windows: Build for Windows Store. http://p.sf.net/sfu/windows-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Amforth-devel mailing list for http://amforth.sf.net/ Amforth-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/amforth-devel
