I don't question your compliance Dennis, I leave that task to the
copyright holder :-)

Unfortunately, anything *original* that you will write I will not be
able to merge into my repository (AmForth-Shadow) as your code would
automatically be GPLv3 too... That is, unless your forking point would
be AmForth trunk@1687 or earlier... IMHO, unless one is interested in
TI's MSP430 compatibility there is no "AVR reason" to fork later.
