Hi, A new release of amforth is out: 6.1. It fixes a nasty bug that affects DOES> (and some more words), so upgrade is recommended. The MSP430 family got two new members: the F5529 and the FR5969. Both are sold by TI on launchpad eval boards and have significant more resources available than the G2553 controller. The FR5969 uses FRAM instead of flash, something that I intent to explore further in the near future. For now there is no difference to the flash types.
