Multiple windows will ALL execute all the time, so you can run as many
formulas/tickers as you like, that is until you computer complains
:-)
off-screen bars can be processed using
SetBarsRequired().
Calculations are really only limited by you imagination
and computer resources.

Right. The "fix" to this is simply to open another worksheet and select
your other set of charts. (Window->New)
