[amibroker] Sheet Toolbar

Hello Tomasz,   I was about to ask if you would consider re-implementing double-click/rapid scroll on the new Sheet Toolbar when I discovered the right-click menu for selecting sheets.  Excellent!!  Just thought I would mention it in case anyone else missed this nice feature.
