Hello,
If you see two arrows it means that you are using old
version.
But this is only display quirk not affecting the
backtest.
You should simply either upgrade to 4.80.1 or remove this
chart and add new one
via drag-and-drop not forgetting to enable "show trade arrows"
option in parameters window.

Max Positions is 1 and Limit trade size as % is 0!
I see
two uparrows on my chart before a square is in between. So this means that
there is a BUY although a Long position is still open?!
