What could be happening is that your price plot is not the first plot in the code and another plot is setting the range for the Y axis

You can also shrink or enlarge the chart space manually by holding down the shift key and the left mouse button with the cursor in the margin and dragging it up or down to expand of contract the display.  You will see your cursor change to a double arrow when you press both keys.

Wander the mouse pointer to the right of the prices when it changes to
an up/down pointer left click the mouse and scroll/drag the chart
up/down
