Thanks, yes I only ever use it on intraday futures data, not forex. I have
only ever had one slight problem before and that is when the simulator tool
is running you can sometimes see huge spikes in prices that are not part of
the data. But it is just for an instant, it disappears and the tool
continues to run as normal, the resulting chart once the simulator is
finished is the same as the original, it doesn't show the spike. I've had a
look at the intraday data I'm running it against and it appears to run OK
against data that is in say 1 or 2 minute etc time frame, but it seems to be
having problems with data that is in like 5 second chunks. I don't remember
it having a problem with this data before, maybe it did.

Hello Dave,

do you have this problem intraday, especially on forex or EOD ?
If forex intraday then the problem is available since the beginning.

I have been using the Simulator tool quite a bit for the past few months. I
haven't used it for a few weeks and now when I run it the resulting chart
from the simulation does not match the original chart, price bars are
different. It's not a one off, behaviour is consistent. I recently upgraded
to AmiBroker 4.80 and am wondering if there is some compatibility problem. I
have never had any problems running the simulation tool before. Has anyone
else experienced this?
