To import tick data (as provided in your example) you have to use ASCII 
importer AND $TICKMODE
for more information consult http://www.amibroker.com/guide/d_ascii.html

Or simply use QT plugin http://www.amibroker.com/qtracker.html

Current "Simulator" 3rd party tool uses OLE interface that handles only 
interval mode (5 second or higher).

It makes no sense for William to invest his time and energy into re-writing the 
tool that is going
to be replaced by built-in functionality.
