Steve, You can try this method -
Locate a indicator value (like a 50 day moving average value) on the y axis (these values are usually in colored boxes) Slide your cursor from the chart over on top of this colored box and when you do so the cursor changes from a single arrow to a small vertical bar with an up arrow and a down arrow. Once you get this special cursor you can left click and drag the entire chart up or down to reposition it. If you don't succeed the first time try other boxes and remember to come from the chart to the box.
