I tried your suggestion. This is what I used but no go...

Peaks = IIf(Peak(H, 2) == H, 1, 0);
PlotShapes(shapeDownArrow * Peaks , colorRed , 0, H, -10);

If you see anything else please let me know. I'll keep plugging 
away. I'll figure this code out sooner or later. Thank you for your 
response!
