I just read read the bottom paragraph of what you wrote,and have finally decided to respond.
Do you really think it is appropriate or in any way constructive to suggest that someone who recently purchased Amibroker write a begginers manual when he was merely asking for assistance?And let me add,before I purchased the software I asked very SPECIFIC questions as to the exact code and system I needed.I have no desire to code elaborate systems,nor make learning Ami a full time job.I am the former head trader of Salomon Smith Barneys Emerging Market Equity Derivatives and now invests in Brazilian jiu jutsu training centers and teaches various disciplines..That happens to be my expertise,not developing loops and other fun things in AMI.
As a teacher,should you ever train with me,I would be happy to "open my cup".That is what teachers should do..I would NEVER suggest to a beginner what you so cleverly suggested.If you are going to attatch verse that has a spiritual philosophical side,I would suggest you follow thru with it and leave out comments such as the one below.
To the person who started this thread, why don't YOU write a
beginner's manual that grows as you learn what's going on and then
give it away to help others (who once were you)?...and then there
was another side comment and silence followed.
If it makes you feel any better,I have tried to assist others in any way i could.
