I have that file and ran the command in a linux console window. Should it be run inside the Wine as a Windows run command?
Also, I am running the Mandriva rpm version of Wine, not the 0.9.17 version. I tried that but the installer didn't seem to set things up correctly. I also found the WineTools didn't behave as described in the file, so I installed the fonts manually, looks much better now.
