Johan,

I agree with your comments but still am puzzled as to why your version of
the ribbon seems to be not plotting the last data point.  As in the case of
BDK, the RSI(14) is below 30 and your indicator ribbon is still yellow.  Now
it may turn Green on Monday, but that would be one day late.  Unfortunately
I do not have the skills to troubleshoot or understand your code and that is
why I am asking for your assistance.

About your question,
styleArea has a width - like a candle, so it will expand on each side of the
selector bar. styleCloud fills the space between two lines, and a line will
never plot further than the center of a bar.
 It's just a difference in appearance, you won't miss any signals.
